Adventure

The Adventure program is a dynamic, more physical version of the Mindfulness program. Physical mindful exercise in Nature brings us closer to our deeper instinctive selves. It may challenge our abilities and help us discover others. The adventure is about connecting our minds and bodies to the natural flow, rhythm and energy of the environment surrounding us. It is about giving us a simple but true purpose, a sense of freedom and ultimately the reward of a simple yet profound achievement.

The adventure is also an opportunity to share and connect with others in a different way. The bond we create is with nature, and through this shared connection we in turn connect to one another.

Activities and locations include:

  • Bush and beach walking
  • Flat water (river, lake, estuary) kayaking
  • Overnight camping

Half to full day as well as overnight adventures are suited to both individuals and groups and can be tailored to suit various abilities
