Mindfulness

The Mindfulness program involves being in nature to slow down, breath, and connect with the natural surrounding through our senses. It is about awareness, bridging the gap between ourselves and the natural world.

NatureWhole will take you or your group to:

  • The forest, the beach, along the river
  • Or to a special natural place suited to your mobility
  • We will guide you through simple and gentle breathing exercises to allow you to relax and connect
  • Nature and your senses will do the rest

As it is much more beneficial to avoid talking (let nature do that) during the session, we have a circle talk at the end where we can share (or not) our experience with others. This part further brings a really deep sense of belonging. We usually tend to communicate differently with one another once who have tuned in.

Suited to both individuals and groups and are typically 1-2h excluding travel.
