What if your workplace grew something?
We’re exploring how one simple idea could bring something valuable to the workplace: people, plants, healthy food, practical work and time outside.
This is a new direction for NatureWhole.
We have spent years creating practical horticulture and farming programs in schools, health and community settings. Before formally launching anything for workplaces, we’re talking with organisations about what would actually be useful: what appeals, what doesn’t, and what would make a workplace garden genuinely valuable for their people.
Grow, connect, eat.

Grow
Create a living, growing space at work where your people can plant and harvest herbs, vegetables, fruit and flowers. Or simply a place to slow down and observe the daily and seasonal changes. Watching a radish grow turns out to be exciting and calming at the same time.
NatureWhole can design, establish and care for the garden. Staff can be as involved as they want to be.

Connect
Guided gardening and wellbeing sessions give staff genuine time out. Actually outside. Away from screens, the production line or the pressures of the working day, with time to slow down, work with their hands, learn something practical and connect with others.
Gardening is also a surprisingly simple way to explore things that matter at work: observation, patience, problem solving, cooperation, change and looking after something together.

Eat
Grow fresh, nutritious food right where you work. Seasonal produce can be harvested and shared, make its way into the staff kitchen or lunch, or simply go home at the end of the day. Along the way, people can learn a little more about growing, preparing and enjoying good food.
Or leave it to us. We can harvest and deliver produce to your kitchen, or simply let you know what’s ready to pick, along with an easy, delicious way to eat it.
No forced team building. No complicated wellness program. Just useful time outside, doing something real.
No grounds, no problem.
Purpose-built mobile, self-watering garden beds on wheels can transform courtyards, paved areas and leased premises into productive growing spaces.
They remain an asset of the organisation, can be rearranged as needs change and, if you move, your garden comes with you.
From a few productive planters to a larger workplace garden with regular staff programs, the idea can grow to suit the people and the place.

We’d like your thoughts.
If the idea sparks something, we’d love to come and walk the place with you, have a yarn and hear what you think. No hard sell. Just a conversation about what could grow.
